What's on this page
Ringers of all abilities are welcome to join us at both practice (variations can be found on the calendar) and Sunday Service ringing, where a broad range of methods are rung on up to 12 bells; and after practice in the Kings Arms. The bells are of course available to visiting bands, and for peals and quarter-peals. However, due to the built-up nature of the town and the location of the church, ringing activities have to be strictly controlled - please contact the Secretary with your request which will of course be carefully considered.

St Mary's is located to the northwest of the town centre. The three main car parks in Saffron Walden are indicated on the map below. A limited amount of two-hour free parking can sometimes be found in Castle St and Ashdon Rd (marked as a green strip on the map). On Sundays, cars can be parked in Castle Street - at all other times parking is resident centric. Streetmap links to St Mary's and the Kings Arms can be found below the map.
